“For the past few years, I have been working on CRUSHFILM, a short film that emerged from an artistic investigation into a crush that gradually turned into an attachment that could never fully exist.
Using the camera as a tool for reflection, I recorded memories, observations and moments that helped me navigate an experience that was both intimate and destabilising. From the beginning, this process carried the potential of becoming a film.”
In CRUSHFILM, a seemingly innocent obsession becomes the catalyst for a tragic inner conflict, exposing the fragile boundary between desire, projection and reality.
